CCC is one of the largest case management providers for Individual and
Family Developmental Disabilities Support (IFDDS) in central
Virginia.
CCC’s Individual and Family Developmental Disabilities program serves people with developmental delays by providing oversight, coordination and monitoring of the clients’ health care. Recipients receive coordination of care services which aim to prevent placement in an Intermediate Care Facility.
SERVICES:
Services are available to individuals age 6 and older who have a developmental disability that manifested before the age of 22. Service area includes Richmond and the surrounding counties.
