Immigration law is complex and negotiating the maze of regulations and procedures is daunting. Our multilingual staff is accredited by the Board of Immigration Appeals to provide immigration advice and assistance in completing immigration processings.
Paperwork and procedures should not prevent people from receiving the status they deserve. We are the only agency in the Richmond, Hampton, and Roanoke areas committed to making access to competent immigration counseling available to those with limited resources.
While this is a fee based program, we offer affordable rates and will waive fees for victims of violence and other at risk populations who do not have the means to pay.

How to get started:
You must complete and submit an intake form, along with a $25 intake fee for all inquiries and appointments. Following this, an immigration counselor will contact the applicant with further instructions and fees.
